Off Peak - January 3rd onwards, February, March, October, November

Churchtown House Payment Policy
Bookings are confirmed on payment of a deposit of 40%; the balance is payable 2 months before your arrival. This can be paid by Credit Card or Bank transfer.
If you need to cancel before paying the final balance, we will do our best to re-let the week. If we can do so on the same terms, we will return your deposit less 5% (of the total rental for the booking) to cover our costs.
No refund is available for cancellations within 2 months of arrival date.
You will be responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during your stay. We advise guests to ensure their own insurance covers such damage.
We ask that you notify us of any damage or malfunctioning equipment as soon as possible so that we can repair or replace it.
The services of a Housekeeper for 2 hours per day or alternate days can be arranged if guests so wish. An extra charge will be levied for this service.
The housekeeper will clean and tidy rooms that are available on the day and should your stay be longer than a week, they will change the sheets and towels. If you require any further Housekeeping help, please let us know well in advance.
