Based on a stay of 7 nights.
Stay at Churchtown House from €1,500 per night.
• During Peak Season the house is let out on a week to week basis.
• During Spring/Summer & Off Peak the minimum stay requirement is 2 nights.
• We also offer breakfast and half board options – please contact us to discuss same.
• Guests can also pre order to have the pantry stocked with home made dishes, sundries and wine.

Churchtown House Payment Policy
Bookings are confirmed on payment of a deposit of 40%; the balance is payable 2 months before your arrival. This can be paid by Credit Card or Bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel before paying the final balance, we will do our best to re-let the week. If we can do so on the same terms, we will return your deposit less 5% (of the total rental for the booking) to cover our costs.
No refund is available for cancellations within 2 months of arrival date.
Staff
The services of a Housekeeper for 2 hours per day or alternate days can be arranged if guests so wish. An extra charge will be levied for this service.
The housekeeper will clean and tidy rooms that are available on the day and should your stay be longer than a week, they will change the sheets and towels. If you require any further Housekeeping help, please let us know well in advance.
