Things to do.
We can organise events to cater for a wide variety of interests and pastimes. You don’t have to worry about travel, booking meals (or packed lunches) or contacting the local experts. We will do all that for you. There is a wealth of activities on your door step and we use our local knowledge and contacts to give you the best experience possible.
Golf Tours.
Churchtown House is unique in that it has its own golf course next door, Beaufort Golf Club, where guests can enjoy a complimentary round of golf while staying in the house.
There are many fantastic golf courses within easy reach of Churchtown House such as Killarney and the famous links courses Tralee, Ballybunion, Waterville, Hoggs Head and Dooks.

Outdoor Activities.
We can organise guided cultural walking and hiking trips that explore the natural and cultural riches of our favourite places in Kerry and beyond. If you would like to cycle, we can arrange for you to cycle with local tour guides who will bring you to all the historical and cultural sites in and around Killarney National Park and the Dingle and Beara Peninsulas.
One day adventure to numerous days adventure can be organised by our team to allow you to immerse yourself among the people and places of the MacGillicuddy Reeks.

Fishing Tours.
Beaufort provides some of the finest trout and salmon fishing in Kerry with the River Laune running through the village.
Lake fishing is also available on the Lakes of Killarney and mountain lochs with local gillies who share their wonderful knowledge of the rivers and lakes with our guests.
The fishing season runs from 17th January to the 30th September each year.
